Visual Studio 2019 16.2.0 - XAML0414 Xaml Namespace is missing
The type 'MainWindow' was not found. Verify that you are not missing an assembly reference and that all referenced assemblies have been built. Microsoft say this will be fixed in 16.3 Visual Studio 16.3 fixed this.
